You can request a return under the following conditions:

The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

The return request is made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

You have a valid proof of purchase (Order ID, invoice, email confirmation).
Note: Due to the nature of personal care products, we cannot accept returns of used or opened products for hygiene reasons.

Final sale, clearance, or discounted items

If approved, you’ll receive return shipping instructions
Note: Return shipping costs (unless item is damaged/wrong) must be covered by the customer.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll notify you of approval/rejection.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

You’ll get a confirmation email once your refund is initiated.
Important:

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

COD handling fees (if used) are non-refundable.

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once shipped, the order can’t be cancelled — you may request a return after delivery (if eligible).

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
